Return Policy

Returns will be accepted in the event that the product is damaged, unused, and unwashed. Personalized items are final sale only and not eligible for refund. Please inspect your items upon receipt & notify us of any damage within 10 days of receipt of the item. Damaged items must be returned within 21 days of receiving the item. These items may be eligible for an exchange or a refund. If the item is being returned for any reason other than damage (i.e. you change your mind), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Eligible returns for production damages include the following: stitching/sewing issues, clasps and clasp hole issue within the first 21 days. Normal wear & tear and damages due to usage or washing of product will not be accepted.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of ordering.

In the event of refund, items must be returned & received prior to the refund being issued. Please notify us of your intent to return the item and the item must be received within 21 days of receipt of the item. Pieces of set items to be returned for refund, the full set (i.e. both the bib & burp cloth) must be returned. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded.
